Breast size can be reduced, but usually only slightly through losing weight and excercising.

As far as sex hurting, it almost always does the first few times for girls, unless they have been very active in masturbation. The best advice I can give is to take your time, go slow and eventually through more practice it will begin to feel better. Also, try working your way up with what you are exposing that area of your body to, sometimes its a better idea to experiment a bit first just to get to know your own body.
